Project study – measurement and costing
We undertake to study, measure and cost all types of mechanical facilities. We subsequently deliver this study to our clients, so that they may know the project costs exactly.
We commit to execute the project based on our study – costing.
Construction management
We undertake the management of the entire project we are to execute, which includes the following:
- selection of materials with the proposed specifications
- site organisation
- modernisation of mechanical facilities based on the overall project schedule
Construction
We undertake the construction of all mechanical works for air-conditioning, fire-fighting, water supply – sewage, medical gases, steam, LPG – natural gas and compressed air, with our own staff. We deliver turn key projects.
Engineering
Thanks to our great experience in constructing complex mechanical facilities, we can provide technical solutions for the proper execution and operation of the project.
We undertake to set into operation the installation we have completed and regulate it to ensure its proper operation.
We can also undertake the annual maintenance of the facility with our own staff
